Born and raised in Las Vegas, at Western high school Frank won two state championships in wrestling and the football team also won two state championships. Frank Hawkins has always been a leader, he starred at the University of Nevada at Reno, graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice in four years, became a 3 time all American running back and the third all-time leading rusher in college football history. As the result of his performance on the football field, he was drafted and went on to win a Super Bowl with the Oakland/Los Angeles Raiders.  Tenacious on and off the field, Hawkins returned home to become a Las Vegas City Councilman, successful business owner of multiple companies, and developer. He continues to advocate for the people by serving as the president of the NAACP Branch #1111.

Often it is difficult to find an individual who has been as successful in any one of the preceding areas, let alone all four.  Building on this breadth of experience, Hawkins is taking on his most recent venture, “Team Frank”.  Explaining his team system, Hawkins asks:  “Where can you invest less than $400 and get a financial return of $1,000 in less than 30 days? This is only the beginning of the opportunity. If you have the will we can train you to make money. As team captain, my goal is to help you make money on a part-time or full-time basis.” Team work makes the dream work.

Frank is the loving son of Daisy Miller, whom he cherishes.  He credits her with instilling in him the morals, values and tenacious attitude which exemplifies that the “Measure of a Man” is not determined by the dollars in his pocket, the type of car he drives or the kind of clothes he wears but by the attitude of his heart as he reaches out to lift others up.
